What is your returns policy?
All Sonic Editions prints are printed and framed to order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the artwork you have purchased you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving it* and claim a credit note for the price of the work exclusive of postage and packaging costs and any taxes paid by Sonic Editions. Please inform us by email info@soniceditions.com within 7 days of receipt before sending it back so we can confirm the return process and the address you can send it back. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return of the item, which must be in mint condition on arrival at Sonic Editions in London to claim the return.

If you have any further inquiries regarding our returns policy or would like advice on how to send the artwork back to us to avoid damage in transit please contact us at info@soniceditions.com. Once the return process has been confirmed per email, please contact refunds@sonicedtions.com if you have any requests.

*Please note that all XXL prints are non-returnable and are firm sale items. If your XXL print arrives damaged please refer to the below.


What if my work of art arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that the work arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and our customer support representative will guide you through your options. These may include replacing the damaged work, credit towards another purchase, or a full refund. Please make sure to keep your original packaging until receiving further instructions. Unfortunately Sonic Editions cannot accept any responsibility for work that has arrived damaged if you have not contacted us within 7 days of receiving your order. We suggest that customers inspect their artwork as soon as possible after they receive it.
